【摘要】:ThispartofBS8421givesgeneralguidance,withinhealthinformatics,ontheapplicationofstandards,specificationsandrecommendationstothedomainsoftheproducersandusersoftheresultsofhealthcareserviceprocedures.Itdescribesthecommunicationoftheresultsofhealthcareserviceproceduresintotheremainderofthehealthcarearenainthecontextofpatientrecordsasawhole.Italsoreviewspresentationofresultsusinghealthinformaticsstandardsandothermoregeneralinformationtechnologystandardsrelevanttothecommunicationofresultsfromhealthcareservicedepartmentstoend-users.ThispartofBS8421usesBSISO/IEC10746toprovideaframeworkforunderstandingthecommunicationofresultsfromhealthcareservicedepartmentstoend-usersforthepurposesofproducingsystemspecificationsforinteroperability.Recommendationsaremadefortheuseofhealthcarestandardsprofilesfortheresultsofhealthcareprocedures.NOTEAlthoughthispartofBS8421isfocussedonthecommunicationofresultsfromhealthcareservicedepartmentstoend-usersandisnotintendedtoprovideguidanceforanalogouscommunicationinothercontexts,someaspectsoftheguidancecouldprovetobeapplicableinthosecontexts.
