【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversallformsoffiber-reinforcedconcretethataredeliveredtoapurchaserwiththeingredientsuniformlymixed,andthatcanbesampledandtestedatthepointofdelivery.Itdoesnotcovertheplacement,consolidation,curing,orprotectionofthefiber-reinforcedconcreteafterdeliverytothepurchaser.1.2Certainsectionsofthisspecificationarealsoapplicabletofiber-reinforcedconcreteintendedforshotcretingbythedry-mixprocesswhensamplingandtestingofconcreteispossibleonlyatthepointofplacement.Inthiscase,thesectionsdealingwithbatchingplant,mixingequipment,mixinganddelivery,andmeasurementofworkabilityandaircontent,arenotapplicable.1.3Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverthin-sectionglassfiber-reinforcedconcretemanufacturedbythespray-upprocessthatisunderthejurisdictionofASTMSubcommitteeC27.40.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarystatementpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Sections15and18,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thismethoddescribesaprocedureformeasuringtheburstingstrengthofsinglewallanddoublewallcorrugatedboardwithintherangeof690kPa(100psi)to4825kPa(700psi)employinganinstrumentwhichusesadiskshaped,moldeddiaphragm.Aspecimenofboardisclampedbetweentwoplatenswithcircularopeningintheircenters.Thelowerplatenisfixed;theupperplatenhasanadjustabledepthbutremainsstationaryforthedurationofthetest.Anexpansiblediaphragmisdistendedthroughthelowerplatenbymeansofhydraulicpressureuntilthespecimenbursts.Themaximumhydraulicpressurewhenthespecimenrupturesisrecorded.
