【摘要】:1.1ThispartofISO/IEC19785definesstructuresanddataelementsforbiometricinformationrecords(BIRs).1.2ThispartofISO/IEC19785definestheconceptofadomainofusetoestablishtheapplicabilityofastandardorspecificationthatcomplieswithCBEFFrequirements.1.3ThispartofISO/IEC19785definestheconceptofaCBEFFpatronformat,whichisapublishedBIRformatspecificationthatcomplieswithCBEFFrequirements,specifiedbyaCBEFFpatron.1.4ThispartofISO/IEC19785definestheabstractvalues(andassociatedsemantics)ofasetofCBEFFdataelementstobeusedinthedefinitionofCBEFFpatronformats.1.5ThispartofISO/IEC19785specifiestheuseofCBEFFdataelementsbyaCBEFFpatrontodefinethecontentandencodingofastandardbiometricheader(SBH)tobeincludedinabiometricinformationrecord(i.e.thedefinitionofaCBEFFpatronformat).1.6ThispartofISO/IEC19785providesthemeansforidentificationoftheformatsofthebiometricdatablocks(BDBs)inaBIR,butthestandardizationandinteroperabilityofBDBformatsisnotinthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19785.Italsoprovidesameans(thesecurityblock)forBIRstocarryinformationabouttheencryptionofaBDBintheBIRandaboutintegritymechanismsappliedtotheBIRasawhole,butthestructureandcontentofsecurityblocksistheresponsibilityofCBEFFpatronsandisnotinthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19785.Further,thespecificationofencryptionmechanismsforBDBsandofintegritymechanismsforBIRsisnotinthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19785.1.7ThispartofISO/IEC19785specifiestransformationsfromoneCBEFFpatronformattoadifferentCBEFFpatronformat.1.8TheencodingoftheabstractvaluesofCBEFFdataelementstobeusedinthespecificationofCBEFFpatronformatsisnotinthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19785.1.9ISO/IEC19785-2specifiestheoperationoftheBiometricRegistrationAuthorityfortheissuingofbiometricorganizationidentifiersandtheregistrationofBDBformats,CBEFFpatronformats,securityblockformats,andbiometricproducts.1.10AfuturepartofISO/IEC19785(ISO/IEC19785-3)willspecifyseveralpatronformatspecificationsforwhichISO/IECJTC1SC37istheCBEFFpatron.1.11ProtectionoftheprivacyofindividualsfrominappropriatedisseminationanduseofbiometricdataisnotinthescopeofthispartofISO/IEC19785,butmaybesubjecttonationalregulation.
