【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62054specifiesparticularrequirementsforthetypetestofnewlymanufacturedindoortimeswitcheswithoperationreservethatareusedtocontrolelectricalloads,multi-tariffregistersandmaximumdemanddevicesofelectricitymeteringequipment.Thetimeswitchkeepstherealtime,itmaykeepthedate,itmaybecapableofhandlingleapyears,itmaysupportdaylightsaving,i.e.itmodifiesthedeviationoflocaltimetoGMTaccordingtotherelevantregulations.Thetimeswitchmayhaveasynchronizationcapability.Thetimeswitchalsoholdsascheduleofswitchingactions,whichmaybespecifiedintermsoftime,dayoftheweek,datewithinamonthorayear.Thetimeswitchcontrolstheoutputelementsdependingonthetimeandthescheduleofswitchingactionsstored.Thisstandardgivesnorequirementsforconstructionaldetailsinternaltothetimeswitch.Inthecasewheretimeswitchfunctionalityisintegratedintomultifunctionelectricitymeteringequipment,therelevantpartsofthisstandardapply.Thisstandardcoverstimeswitcheswithanaloguemechanicaldialsorelectronicdigitaldisplaysthatare-synchronous;or-crystal-controlled.Thisstandarddoesnotcovertheacceptancetestsandtheconformitytests.Nevertheless,anexampleofwhatcouldbeanacceptancetestisgiveninAnnexA.ThedependabilityaspectiscoveredbythedocumentsoftheIEC62059series.WhenusingthisstandardinconjunctionwithIEC62052-21,therequirementsofthisstandardtakeprecedenceoverthoseofIEC62052-21withregardtoanyitemalreadycoveredinit.
