【摘要】:ISO18649:2004providesmethodologyfortheevaluationofresultsfromdynamictestsandinvestigationsonbridgesandviaducts.ItcomplementstheprocedureforconductingthetestsasgiveninISO14963andconsiders--theobjectivesofthedynamictests,--thetechniquesfordataanalysisandsystemidentification,--themodellingofthebridge,and--evaluationofthemeasureddata.ThedynamictestsconsideredinISO18649:2004donotreplacestatictests.ISO18649:2004givesguidanceontheassessmentofmeasurementscarriedoutoverthelifecycleofthebridge.Thestagesofthelifecyclethatareconsideredare--duringconstructionandpriortocommissioning,--duringcommissioningtrials,--duringspecifiedperiodsthroughoutthelifeofthebridge,and--immediatelypriortodecommissioningthebridge.ISO18649:2004isapplicabletoroad,railandpedestrianbridgesandviaducts(bothduringconstructionandoperation)andalsotootherworks,providedthattheyjustifyitsapplication.TheapplicationofthisInternationalStandardtospecialstructures(cable-stayedorsuspensionbridges)requiresspecificteststhattakeintoaccounttheparticularcharacteristicsofthework.
